Shipping & FAQ

The details of how ordering, shipping and pre-orders work at the Boutique. If something is not answered here, write to concierge@atelierprivestudio.com.

Shipping

We ship within Canada. Shipping is a flat $15 on Boutique orders under $75, and complimentary on orders of $75 or more. It is charged once per order, however many items it contains.

You will receive an email when your order ships.

Pre-orders

Some sold-out items can be pre-ordered. When you pre-order, we order the item for you from the maker. The estimated delivery time is shown on each pre-order item before you pay.

If your order includes a pre-order item, your whole order ships together once all pre-order items have arrived. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made, because we place the order with the maker for you.

If a maker is unable to supply a pre-order item, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund for that item.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, including on pre-orders and made-to-order items such as birth flower necklaces.

Items damaged in shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please email concierge@atelierprivestudio.com promptly with photos of the item and its packaging so that we can review it.
